The EPA estimates and manufacturers' are a good barometer BUT, what MPG/MPL did you really get on your last tank of fuel?

ran the mini, which gets 40-plus during the summer, from mid-November to just recently on one tank of gas (talk about stop and start!) and it showed an embarrassing 27.6

53.5 mpg (2010 Prius) over 547.9 miles using 10.241 gallons of 10% ethanol regular gasoline from 12/24/14 to 01/17/15 ... not bad for the winter time...but the really good news is that the price for gasoline has dropped to 1.99/gallon!!! Yes! :-)

Fiance's 2007 Yaris 567 kms / 36.37 litres (36.67 MPG)... 80 km (50 mile) commute one way, mixed highway... sure beats my 2012 MB C250 4MATIC, which has been relegated to weekend use...

Nice drydem... on the other extreme we got 41 mpg with much of that driving back and forth one mile each way to train station. Kills mpg. Haven't blocked grill this year (yet).Good news is gas even in expensinve Chicago area down to 2.599 this weekend (in suburbs).

54.1 mpg
over 577.1 miles using 10.664 gallons of regular 10% ethanol gas
from November 25 2014 to December 7 2014
in the Maryland-Virginia-DC area
driving a 2010 Toyota Prius.
100% grill blocking
tire pressure set 44/40 psi
