Oh yeah, Europe. The conclusions are completely wrong and a pipedream. They are based on the same idiotic notion that increasing the price of gasoline reduce consumer driving thereby saving them money through less miles driven and lowers emissions. The emissions are the same, there is just less driving! And lastly again, CO2 is NOT a greenhouse gas and NEVER will be as long as there are plants living on the Earth! FACT: Termites produce more CO2 in one year then man has produced in the last 200 years! Why isn't the EPA and Europe exterminating ALL termites if CO2 is really a problem? The answer, there is no money in it and no control over the population if they do that!

Then again, if they raise the standard they are saving consumers 25% on fuel, of course that means you aren't going to drive that 25% of the miles you currently drive since you won't be able to afford to, but it is a savings......
