I would love to be a contender next season. I know my way around the kitchen and know the restaurant business, but I cannot walk away from everything going on in my life.

I used to own a small cafe and I had 4 quality employees who were strong and cared.

I can't wait for Kitchen Nightmares to come back. Most of the restaurants on that show were in my area. One of the restaurants is around the corner.

The show came to a good conclusion with Christina winning. I think that she will grow stronger under Ramsey's direction. I only hope that I never run into and restaurant that employs Matt or Jen.

I think she got what she needed from Matt, for him to get the food done, if she'd have rode him harder, he would have shut down and taken her under.
would have been a interesting situation if Matt and Jen were reversed

Christina shouldn't have won. She is not an effective leader. She let that whiny little girl Matt disrespect her. Come on, her meals went out cold. She is an embarrassment to the entire foodservice industry. She was probably sleeping with Gordon Ramsey. Petrozza should have won.

Finalle in 15 minutes
... I was rooting for Cory all the way. Since she got the axe, I guess I will be cheering for Christina as Petrozza is too much of a pig and who would want to eat food from his kitchen?????? ARGH!

I would like to see Petrozza to win. I think he has what it takes to win this thing. He works in the catering industry which is very demanding. I work in that industry and it is crazy. He is the perfect candidate.

They'll both "crack". I wouldn't want Petrozza in my kitchen. Hopefully, Christina will step up and make it her own.

I like Christina's spunk and Pedrozza is quite a pig but the better cook. Should be an exciting finale.

Jen sucked. She was a vindictive bitch who could not cook an egg. She was also very unprofessional.

I too am glad that Jen is gone, she sure thought she was gods gift to cooking! Her biggest problem was she was not a team player, and when you work in a kitchen like that you have to work as a team. It was hillarious when she was standing there cooking one little pan of rozzeto, and was asked to drop eggs! By not working with the team, she was bound to get singeled out.
As for who I think will win, I'd almost put money on Petroza, of the three remaining, I think he stands the best shot of the new job.

I would agree this season is lacking serious talent. I mean he sent the one home just because she didn't even seem to know what she was doing or like with Dominic in the first episode just standing with the scallops like "What do I do now?" I guess we will just see how it turns out contestant and rating wise. I love the show and I am going to keep watching it but unless something happens none of these people are going to win.

Thats two weeks in a row where Ramsey shut down the kitchen and sent all the guests home. I didn't agree with the two girls Corey picked last night as the ones who should go home, but I do agree that Jen needs to go. Her mouth just keeps running on. If she's that good, why didn't she volunteer to pick the filet? Cause she isn't that good. She's a whiner.
The one guy sure has it in for women, or so we hear. I bet he's not wearing the pants in his family, seems to talk a lot, but when it comes down to performance, its lacking!

Pretty decent opening for the season. I am starting to wonder why some of the people are chosen for the show, because some of them have almost no background as a chef, and they are competing for a quarter million dollar a year job!
They finally put a warning at the front of the show concerning language, etc.

If the writers strike continues - Hells Kitchen will air after American Idol as soon as they run out of new HOUSE episodes.

I personally LOVE to watch Hell's kitchen. It was the 3rd season so obviously the people who applied to be on it had seen either season 1 or 2 so I can't believe they were so shocked that he was hard on them... He's hard on everyone! He's worked his whole life to make a name for himself and he runs a "fancy" restaurant... In the end you can tell he has helped each one of them better their skills. I have watched this show since season 1 and I will definately be watching it next season...

Show so phoney. I,agine in real life some body cursing out a person in a room full of knives. Other than his bully tactics. Gets to pay his mortgage though.

Good show.. missed most of the last few minutes other than the "reveal" of the winner due to severe weather coverage in our area.. would like to see the "ending" but oh well..
Kitchen Nightmares premieres sometime this fall so I will be waiting for that!
I am pretty sure that "Hell's Kitchen" was in the top 20 rated shows each week so I am sure it will be back again next summer with more hapless chefs lol..

Glad to see that Rock won. He is the right one for the job. It was nice that he acknowledged Jen as the one he wanted on his team. She should have been the one going up against him instead of Bonnie.

Bonnie is a whiner and can't handle any form of stress. So it would make no sense if she won IMHO.

Well if anything can be gained by *losing* the last challenge, its this..
Julia - Won the school challenge, eliminated at dinner service Jen - Won the "mom" challenge, eliiminated at dinner service Bonnie - Won the Vegas challenge, ???
Just something interesting I noticed..

I thought last night was supposed to be the finale but I was glad I was wrong. One more week to watch the fun. I want Rock to win but I think he make a bad choice serving chicken and crab cakes. I think Rock is much more professional than Bonnie. Can't wait for next weeks finale.
