I watch shows on FX, TNT, History, Discovery, USA - The shows I watch are on a variety of networks, so I doubt I could names a "best" network.

BTN (the Big Ten Network). Maybe that's because I can't get it from my cable provider. Maybe it is time to switch to satellite?

I am beginning to not like any of 'em. In fact, I find myself lately while watching TV wondering why even bother paying for cable. If it wasn't for football during parts of the year - I wouldn't bother

The big networks have little respect for viewers or else they would not cancel shows with ongoing storylines, and would not allow a series finale to have a cliffhanger. Fox, CBS, NBC, ABC, they all treat viewers like crap. CBC in Canada switched from the first football game of the day to the start of the second, when the first one wasn't over, and in another game that was delayed by power outage, didn't bother to show the end.
