I'm home from hospital, wish I had some greens now! Still not able to eat much, or very well for that matter. I take smoked turkey legs, thighs and wings, let them rip in the crockpot overnight. Let them cool a bit. Put the greens in the crock with the juice from the turkey. I love Campbell's condensed chicken broth, I put in two cans. Take all the meat off the bones and add to crock. I add salt, pepper, garlic powder (just a bit) and then I lay the bones on top of the greens. Coved, let cook on low for about ten hours. Sheer heaven! Remove bones, stir well and enjoy!
