ARE using it. I know two here locally and know of about a half dozen more that are utilizing it everyday. One guy gets 42 mpg with a full-sized Ford F150 pickup; though not all of his gains are from the HHO set up he has.

Onboard hydrogen generators don't pay for themselves and the "improvement" is negligible. This topic has been discussed far too many times.
